Took away my pain September 13, 2013

I am happy to relate to you my success with Cortislim.  When I first started taking it about 5 years ago, I was substantially overweight, and my knees and feet hurt when walking, as the weight issue complicated my arthritis in my knees and the multiple surgeries on the bottom of both my feet.

During the first 2 months or so, I lost approximately 20 pounds, and hit a plateau for a few weeks.  Then the weight started going down again, slowly but consistently.  I would shed 15 to 20 pounds over a period of time,  hit another plateau, and then go down again.  Over a period of approximately a year or so, I eventually lost 67 pounds to reach my goal weight, and have kept it off.  

When I was at the 50 pound mark of loss, someone told me Cortislim did not work.  If you do it right, it will in fact work, and work well.   If it did not work, I wondered how I looked and felt so much better.

I took my Cortislim tablets before breakfast and lunch, and in the beginning, also at dinner.  I was able to drop off 1 tablet at lunch and 1 tablet at dinner after several months.

One of the things I also did was usually eat 2 boiled eggs for breakfast (which fills you up surprisingly well), ate a substantial lunch (sandwich and soup, occasionally a steak sandwich or western dip and (few) fries, fish or shrimp, etc), and a light dinner.  I did not always eat the full portions, as when you look at restaurant food, it is way too much for a  young and normal weight person.  I was fully satisfied, never felt hungry, and ate a variety of foods for my meals.  Occasionally I splurged on somthing special, but did not do that on a daily basis. It has worked well for me, and I have managed to keep the weight off for about 3 years.  

I also dropped off a lot of the belly fat I was packing around, and figure a good half of that weight was in the form of the belly fat, and the hip area.

I went from a size 22 to a size 14 in slacks, and xxlg to lg in sweaters (only because I still like them reasonably loose fitting).  

I can walk a lot further and more comfortable with the weight loss.  

I consider that Cortislim was very helpful in bringing the weight off with this regimen.  Every one has got to figure their own regimen with the help of Cortislim, but if you let it help you drop your obesity, it will do so.  You need to do this in a slow methodical way, take a year or more, and when you reach a plateau, keep going, your body is trying to rest for awhile.   You will reach your goal weight.
